Form of Independent Contractor Agreement
Here is a simple form of independent contractor agreement for use with individual contractors. Its principal use is in a software context. Details concerning the services to be provided and billing for them must be completed by the user.
Please keep in mind that contractor agreements are not generic – there are many variables, and every form of agreement is not right for every situation. As always, consider consulting a lawyer to talk through your needs and what is appropriate for you.
