Here is a simple form of independent contractor agreement for use with individual contractors. Its principal use is in a simple software development or design context. Details concerning the services to be provided and billing for them must be completed by the user.

Please keep in mind that contractor agreements are not generic – there are many variables, and every form of agreement is not right for every situation. As always, consider consulting a lawyer to talk through your needs and what is appropriate for you.
