Rob Hyndman, LLB MBA
Hyndman | Law provides business law services to technology industry clients, and also counsels clients on the creation, structuring, negotiation and implementation of technology-related transactions and on other e-commerce, internet and technology law matters. It provides personalized services without the distance, formality, and administrative processes common to large service providers. Hyndman | Law was established in response to the needs of innovative clients and the changing needs of the IT industry – it combines excellence in the delivery of legal services with accessibility, personal attention and efficiency. Rob is a member of various IT and legal associations, is Chair of the “Case Files in Business Law” series of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He frequently lectures and writes on business and technology law, technology, internet policy, business strategy, and other topics (including on his blog here), and is frequently interviewed by local, national and international media on these topics. Rob currently serves as President of AIS, a non-profit organization that provides supportive housing and related services to people suffering with mental illness and other disabilities. Rob was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1993, to the Ontario Bar in 1995, and holds an LLB and an MBA.
